For the record, when George purchased Trattoria Peppino, business and property, he and the seller were represented by Realpoul Realty. George, armed with knowledge and experience, instituted some changes to improve the operation and they paid off. He immediately took initiatives and emphasized food quality and service. A customer can taste how much they care, because special attention goes into all our entrees, pasta and pizzas. George and employees of Trattoria Peppino make an effort to see that each and every dish meets their ‘Standard of Approval’ before it goes to the customer. Their goal to satisfy every guest; they always watch that all processes are carried out without an error. In rare instances, when an error occurs, their policy is to immediately correct the error and make the customer happy. No matter who is at fault, first they correct the error and worry later on how to improve their processes so the error is not repeated. Moreover, Trattoria Peppino is well known for its catering services, their beautiful party rooms that satisfy all types of social gatherings; and their rooms that house the very successful video poker machines.
