STRAWBERRY FIELD PANCAKES AND CAFE is located at 410 N Milwaukee Ave Lincolnshire, IL 60069; it is owned and operated by Gus Romas. The spot is very attractive for a breakfast lunch place and it took Gus 13 years to acquire this excellent location. Gus efforts started since the place was a Denny’s restaurant but they would not agree with Gus’ plans for a breakfast lunch place. Later, it became Simon Lin’s Asian Bistro, a successful operation and Gus tried again. This time, all worked out well. With help from Realpoul Realty, a deal was made and Strawberry Café became a reality. In a short time, this place has become one of the premier breakfast lunch places in the Chicago area. In the picture, we see Gus inside his restaurant.
