SOPHIA’S HOUSE OF PANCAKES is loca ted at 7110 W 159th St Or land Park, IL 60462; it is owned and operated by Jim Lalezas. Jim arrived in US, from Kranidion Argo lidos in 1969 and started his own business in 1977. We met Jim at his place in Orland Park, IL but it important to note that Jim has two more successful restaurants with the same name: one in Highland, IN and the other in Bolingbrook, IL; one of his children, Bill, runs the Sophia’s in Highland, IN. Jim tells us that no matter what Sophia’s someone visits, they will notice that each guest receives prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. Finally, I would like to reveal that Jim still loves Greece very much, and visits his birthplace twice a year. In the picture, we see Jim inside his restaurant.
