Founded in 1988,
Estiator (The Restaurateur) is the only magazine with a
national circulation addressed to Greek Americans in the foodservice industry ( Restaurants, coffee shops, pizzerias,
cafeterias and bars). Written by industry professionals, ESTIATOR aims to inform and educate the restaurant operator.
The legendary success of Greek Americans in the restaurant industry is one of the finest examples of the fruition of
